NAxtra™ is a magnetic bead-based technology intended for RNA and DNA extraction from human nasopharyngeal and/or oropharyngeal swab samples, saliva, urine or vaginal swab samples. The product should be used for isolation and purification of bacterial or viral nucleic acids preparing clinical samples for downstream qualitative diagnostics and analysis, such as PCR and next-generation sequencing.
The product is intended for use by qualified and trained clinical laboratory personnel specifically instructed and trained in magnetic bead based nucleic acid purification and in vitro diagnostic procedures.
